I think she is Nan Gong Yukin, the girl that really want to marry Tan Yun in the beginning (Episode 4-5), but later an elder took her to her family. This girl got the same eyes, so maybe her family erased her memory and changed her physique, so nobody remember that he was adopted by the Tan family. The girl could get her memory erased, but the love for Tan Yun is not easy to be forgotten.

they really wrote shiyao to be incredibly needy and idk why...she could be so kickass but whoever's writing this doesnt know how to make female characters more than one dimensional, its a shame
